The relationship between the user and ME Estates will be governed by Spanish Law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions that may arise between the user and ME Estates will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marbella, Malaga, Spain.

Website Cookies

ME Estates reserves the right to place cookies whilst the user navigates the company’s websites to enhance personalization and assist in site navigation. In agreement with the company’s data protection policy, ME Estates states that cookies are associated with the anonymous user and his device, and do not provide access on their own to the user’s name and surname. The user has the possibility of setting his internet browser to report the use of cookies and is therefore able to block access to his hard drive. However, use of cookies is not required to access ME Estates websites.

Google Analytics

When someone visits www.me-estates.com we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for our e-newsletters, we collect personal information. ME Estates will process the personal data you provide to manage your contractual or commercial relationship, or both, with ME Estates, and to regularly inform you, including electronically, about properties and activities within the scope of ME Estates commercial activities.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our e-newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletters. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our e-newsletters or by e-mailing our data protection officer at info@me-estates.com.

Under current law, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification or deletion of data, request that processing be restricted, oppose it or request data portability, at any time, by sending written notice to ME Estates, at Centro comercial Guadalmina, Planta 1, Puerta 5, 29678 Marbella, Malaga, Spain or by sending an email to info@me-estates.com, clearly indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your national identification document or similar document proving your identity.
